On December 20th 2007, the Australian-based software company Conceiva released their home entertainment product Mezzmo. The software was initially available as a paid program for Windows, but Conceiva now relies on a freemium model: you can download and use the basic model for free, while the pro edition (which includes a web interface so that you can access using standard browsers) has lots of extra features and requires a subscription fee. There is also a paid Android app which was released in 2014. The app is mainly used as a remote application to retrieve content stored on the local Mezzmo media server on Android devices. Thanks to an integrated digital media server (DMS), you can also stream files stored on the device itself with the app.
Note: TVersity offers a free edition and a paid Pro edition of their media server application. Both editions stream media from a PC-connected Drobo to an Xbox 360. The Pro edition adds features including video streaming to mobile iOS devices and premium content from providers such as CBS, ESPN, and Hulu. The latest versions of TVersity are available as free downloads directly from the TVersity website ( ).
5. Videos, it found a file which is a wmv but it displays an X and it won't play. Is this due to it only working with MPG2?. I have a bunch of videos downloaded from youtube in mp4 format but it wont pick those up.
and, I also get the 301 error (still initializing) when trying to access TVApps. but the cinema and direct download stuff works so I do have a working internet connection, just not sure what else is going on. I had this error before when I had the prior HD DVR and same occurs with this new Media Center DVR. DTV could never get it working not that they offered much help.
I was previously playing around with JRiver Media Center 16 on my laptop which is how I dowloaded all the videos from Youtube but apparently Youtube made some change recently and now you can't easily download videos like you could before. Glad it was just a trial and hadn't paid for it yet. I was trying to build a video collection of old songs etc from the '80's - kroq stuff, disco, rock, alternative, etc.
I am totally lost. I had my HR 34 installed today and was determined to get pics on it. I downloaded the tversity. I don't see where I can tell it where to look for my pics. The HR34 is only finding random folders and it takes a long time to get there. I tried this log on thing and I was no longer able to view any pics on the box.

I tried out most of them and was surprised to find that nothing really worked! The main solution was to download an app that would turn the Android device into a media server, but one app was no longer available (Skifta) and the other one worked, but it would not let me play any of my videos (iMediaShare)!
